What’s Covered

  • Replacement Coverage: If your FilMax Ultra projector encounters any defects in materials or workmanship within two years of your purchase, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. That's right—no hidden fees, no surprises!

  • Free Shipping: We’ll handle the shipping costs for returning your defective projector and delivering your shiny new replacement. Your wallet can take a break!

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental Damage: If your projector meets an unfortunate fate due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs, those aren’t covered by our warranty.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, all electronics experience wear and tear from regular use. This is normal and not included in the warranty.

  • Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages from natural disasters, power surges, or any other external factors that are beyond our control. So, if a meteor strikes while you're binge-watching your favorite series, that’s on you!
