Break up & Returns
At FilMax, we want you to love your projector as much as your next movie marathon! But if things didn’t quite go as planned (and you decided to break up with us <sad emoji>, don’t worry—we’ve got your back with our simple and hassle-free return process. Here’s the scoop:
Return Period:
You’ve got 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if your projector is a happy-purchase hit or a bit of a miss.
Conditions for Returns:
To qualify for a return, your projector needs to be in unused condition and in its original packaging ( like a movie trailer before its release) p. Don’t forget to keep your original receipt—think of it as your conversations screenshots in a heated argument (proof of purchase you know)
Initiating a Return:
Ready to make a return? Just shoot us an email at support@filmaxultra.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team is here, no popcorn required, to help you out.
Shipping Your Return:
You’ll cover the shipping costs to send it back (sorry, we can’t teleport the projector just yet). Remember, shipping costs are non-refundable, and we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
Refund Process:
Once your return arrives, we’ll give it a quick inspection (don’t worry, we’re not critics). If it’s approved, your refund will be processed, and you’ll get your money back as fast as possible- ideally faster than the credits roll at the end of a movie.
Important Note:
All sales during promotional periods are final—no sequels, no refunds. Just enjoy the show. The discounted prices and special offers associated with these sales are provided with the understanding that all purchases made are non-returnable.
